Tanks and vessels
SGEM LLC manufactures horizontal and vertical vessels for various purposes. Manufacturing capacities and design and engineering centre of the plant make it possible to engineer and manufacture the tanks of varying complexity in various versions.
Non-pressure tanks and vessels (bulk) are designed for storage of any liquid and application in continuously and intermittently operating processing stations of storage, separation and mixture of the products in chemical, petrochemical, oil-refining, and oil and gas industries. Steel vessels are a part of water supply and water disposal systems. They may be used to store, collect, and transport various liquids. Depending on the requirements, the output vessels may be in various versions: vertical / horizontal, underground / above-ground, single-walled / double-walled, one-section / multi-section, and cylindrical / rectangular. The vessels can be manufactured with any supplementary equipment and engineering elements.

Pressure vessels are designed for storage of liquid and gaseous media in chemical, petrochemical, oil-refining, and oil and gas industries. Pressure steel vessels may be used to store and transport various substances, and carry out chemical and thermal processes. Depending on the requirements, the welded steel vessels can be manufactured in various versions (horizontal vessels with elliptical bottoms (GEE), vertical vessels with elliptical bottoms (VEE), vertical vessels with elliptical bottom and flat cover (VEP), horizontal vessels with flat bottom (GPP), vertical vessels with flat bottom (VPP), vertical vessels with flat bottom and spherical detachable cover (VPS), horizontal vessels with cone bottom (GKK), vertical vessels with cone bottom and elliptical cover (VKE), vertical vessels with cone bottom and flat cover (VKP)); cylindrical vessels for various media (horizontal and vertical vessels for liquid media, horizontal and vertical vessels for gaseous media); liquefied gas storage vessels (propane vessels (PS), butane vessels (BS)); oil and gas separators (NGS); wire mesh gas separators (GS); oil settling tanks; air receivers (vertical and horizontal). The vessels can be manufactured with any supplementary equipment and engineering elements.
