SGEM LLC has a certified non-destructive testing laboratory equipped with modern equipment that allows not only to carry out quality control of welded joints in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation, but also to digitize the obtained data.
The maximum equipment of the laboratory allows to perform visual and measuring inspection, ultrasonic, liquid penetrant control, magnetic and radiographic tests with the issuance of a full-fledged conclusion in the established form.
The laboratory has modern, unique and expensive equipment at its disposal. For example, a coordinate measuring portable machine model Сimcore 75, which allows to measure and control the geometric parameters of products with high accuracy.
The ISONIC 2010 flaw detector is a unique combination of phased array technology and provides recording and display of 100 % of the original data, which allows to competently and most accurately carry out ultrasonic testing of welded joints, and also makes it possible to clearly classify defects.
